Q: How soon can you get out to see us?
A: That depends on how busy our day is, and where we are doing previous callouts. Usually we will come out the same day

Q: If we have an emergency situation can you give us priority?
A: Yes, we can move you to the top of the queue, and could be onsite within anything from 5 minutes to 2 hours, depending on where we are when we get your call (Emergency charges apply). Our current average is under half an hour
